Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using PhotoPress ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Content Ownership

All photos, videos, and creative works uploaded to PhotoPress remain the intellectual property of their respective creators. By uploading content you grant PhotoPress a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and distribute your content on the Platform.

3. Download Policy

Downloads are permitted solely for personal, non-commercial use. Any content downloaded from PhotoPress — whether watermarked or clean — must be credited to PhotoPress if shared, posted, or published elsewhere. Removing watermarks from downloaded content is strictly prohibited.

  • Free & Basic & Premium members — all downloads include a visible PhotoPress watermark.
  • VIP members — may download their own uploaded content without a watermark. Third-party content still carries a watermark.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

  • Upload content you do not own or have rights to distribute.
  • Upload illegal, harmful, or sexually explicit content.
  • Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download content.
  • Attempt to bypass access controls or subscription gates.
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months unless required by applicable law.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. PhotoPress does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PhotoPress shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
